SCOT MARINE COMPLETES INITIAL OUT FITTING OF SBS MARINE'S NEWBUILD "SBS STRATUS" IN NORWAY Scot Marine has succesfully completed the initial outfitting in Norway of the second vessel in SBS Marine's newbuilding programme this year. A full package of cabin, deck, engine, cargo handling, radio, bridge and stationary stores were delivered onbaord just prior to the vessel being handed over to her new owners. We wish SBS Marine every success with their 2 state of the art new vessels. |

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS IN NEW OFFICE Scot Marine began its second year in business in June 2003, with a party to mark the official opening of its new premises. The Scot Marine team welcomed more than 150 guests to the event at the new head office in Barendrecht, near Rotterdam. Former Lord Mayor of London and Chairman of the Maritime Volunteer Service, Commander Sir Robin Gillet Bt GBE RD RNR conducted the opening ceremony, and remarked on the success of the Company after just one year in business. |
